This is the last week of February and I will begin new essays again the first week in March. I may rerun a few “oldies but goodies” until I return to writing new material.

It isn’t an easy task, this observation of how often we fail, of how we prefer sleeping and dreaming to the reality that we have no free will except how to react to what God has ordained.
I was born to be an essayist; it never grows old to me. I just go down the road of the Work as taught first by G. I. Gurdjieff. I was led to Vernon Howard, who also taught in this way.
When I write it may seem like the same old same old, but that is because we are all asleep. Were we to awaken, even for a brief moment, we would see nothing but God’s will being done. We may participate in His will or remain asleep.
