How are we to interpret the sayings of Jesus when the language of the day now seems archaic to us?

“Come unto me, all ye that are heavy laden and I will give thee rest.”

I like resting, yet sometimes it turns into sloth.

Sloth is a sin (being off the mark).

How do I come to the spirit inside of me?

The only way for me is to become silent and expectant.

If I understand this correctly, peace will arrive right on time.

The heart speaks its own language, a spiritual ease unknown to the mind.

What about suffering?

If you have achieved a state of peace and silence, that will not be an issue.

Oh, you will fall asleep again and again and again.

But now you go from suffering to silence and from silence to an expectant heart.

Your energy field is filled with lovingkindness and all is well.

Rebirth happens over and over and over.

Joy to the world.
