Your Perfectly Imperfect Life

My Mac problems continue; it may be why I can’t access my credit union account without getting a code over the phone every time I need to log into it. I am not ready to get a new Mac, but I am seldom ready to get anything new.

Yesterday was long and odd. The weather is “global warming” hot. It is just wrong to have spring in winter, is it not? It’s not quite winter yet, but you get the picture. I think of people of a certain age trying to dress like spring. They may succeed but no one cares but them.

Global warming makes political wars beside the point. The only point they ever had was profit and power. Never believe in politics; it is all propaganda.

People mistake agendas for freedom and it is just the opposite. Agendas are psychological traps that we continue to believe in.

“Straight is the way and narrow is the gate and few there be that enter in.” None of us can stay on the straight way for very long. At some point we must stop and take a very long nap.

I am sound asleep, just as Jesus said, but so are you. We live our lives in a state of sleep, only awakening for a few brief moments and even then we do not recognize that it feels different.

Throw out all of your spiritual ideas and just live your perfectly imperfect life. At some point you will grow old, so grow old without regret.

Love is the way home and life is holding your hand helping you to get there. To stay means to be born again and how many people inside of you have succeeded in that mission?

  1. Alignment. Everything, your thoughts, your spiritual desires, our physical environment, your bodily health, any plans you may have. Nope, no alignment here. The world and us and everything in it and about it is askew. Always has been. And I totally agree Vicki; love is the best we can do…it is all we have. Love will lead us home….perfectly.

Good luck dear at your appointment today.

    1. “The world is too much with us,” as Wordsworth said so long ago. Things are as they are and resistance is futile. Nevertheless, all the ego can do is resist! I love wisdom more than society, that’s always been the case with me.
