Sitting in silence, settling into it, everything fell into place. I saw clearly that human nature is to be risen above and replaced with our spiritual nature, our higher consciousness.
I am using words to explain the wordless, of course.
I take flight into silence.
I get up and go into the kitchen and see a young dove sitting as still as a rock on the deck rail. I watch him for a few moments and ask Rob to get his camera.
While he waits, I continue to watch the young bird. He stirs a bit and preens his feathers.
By the time Rob arrives with his camera, a second dove has arrived. Obviously they are from the same clutch.
These birds know nothing about the human condition; how lucky they are.
At some point they fly away and I am left with a very good feeling.
All days are not alike. Tomorrow may be good or bad, who knows? So this moment is all I have and all I experience. May grace abound.

May grace abound!. The more we are grateful, I believe, the more grace abounds. You saw beauty outside of your kitchen window; and you shared the beauty with us. Thank you. Namaste! Ruth
Theo showed me the importance of gratitude and humility. As he said, we are all traveling up the mountain. Some are below you and some are above. Be grateful.
