This is a spiritual universe. It allows itself to be re-created every second by the grace and power of God. If you are in line with spiritual law, no harm can come to you on the spiritual planes. But if you fall from grace, as the rioters did yesterday, you lose the protective power of God and fall into the hands of the dark forces.

I am not writing to lunatics that believe that man is essentially good. No, man without God is essentially bad. They crucified Jesus and yesterday they stormed the Capitol. Unless charges are swiftly brought to Donald J. Trump, he will worm his way out of power instead of by the strong arms of our democracy. It is time to stop him.

I am just one citizen watching the horror unfold on my Mac. When Trump speaks to the fascists that did this and says he loves them, what can you see but evil? He has not a speck of love in him.

All of the disciples allowed Jesus to be crucified. Why? Because they all slept. That is what happened yesterday.

Human government failed us; it always does. Even human love fails us. Death fails us. But there is the promise of the Word. The Word that lives within you and me. “I shall never leave you or forsake you.” This is an internal promise to the soul. Believe it.
