I have watched many YouTube videos for both edification and entertainment. As a passive onlooker I have not been required to do anything but watch and learn. I must admit that Trump cannot be re-elected. It is time for a change in American government. Many of us have fallen in love with Dr. Faucci and his truth-speaking to power. He does it in a way that does not disgrace Trump, though. He leaves that to other people.
What feeds me besides food is honesty and integrity. It has ever been thus. I feel it emanating from Gov. Cuomo and have racked up hours watching him as he leads New York tirelessly. He tells it like it is and that is what we need right now.
It is no time for political attacks or personal ones for that matter.
We are all so damned vulnerable. We have no idea of who will fall ill next or when it will be business as usual. There will be a period of adjustment as people re-enter the work force and the social scene. Now me, I was staying home already so it won’t affect me very much. I do miss grocery shopping
One positive thing I notice is that I have had no time for personal worry; it has been replaced by corona virus worry! I walk around my house in sort of a daze. I try to keep things tidy because I don’t see the maids coming anytime soon. We set a date for April 6, but that is subject to change.
I see younger folks on the street gathering with their young ones but I have not gone that direction when I walk.
Tonight I am making a Mexican Soup and watching TV.
Take care of your precious selves and your loved ones. That is the most important thing.
Love,
Vicki
Thank you Vicki….Your statement here is what is so scary:
We are all so damned vulnerable. We have no idea of who will fall ill next or when it will be business as usual.
You are right. We know nothing. We are facing the unknown.
Yes, Katherine, we have to count on our OWN intuitions and feelings rather than that of a deluded President.
