  1. Vicki, thanks for your keep at the “work” pep talk. When I first started this path I naturally recoiled at words like “disciple” or other “work” related words/concepts. I would do a little or dabble. Then someone challenged me to 30 days of consistent practice. I wasn’t much at all. Just 15 minutes of a particular “I Am” affirmation each morning. Being rather competitive, I took on the challenge. When the end of the month came I couldn’t believe the difference and started adding additional practices. I started falling in love with truth so getting up early to spend time with my love did not seems like effort . It was more like all the many things we do/did without complaint and with anticipation when in the ooh aah phase of a new romantic relationship. That wheelbarrow just didn’t feel heavy. I refer to it as lovingly loving my love..consistently. So when that wheelbarrow is starting to feel heavy it is a sure sign that I have been distracted and try to refocus my attention the practices that generate this visceral love of truth. BTW- I like your froggie!
