Nobody has a lock on enlightenment. There are “famous” spiritual teachers that know how to promote themselves knowing that there is a sucker born every minute.

Oh, no one wants to think of themselves as a sucker. That’s why it is so easy to dupe spiritual seekers.

They want so badly to get it. And they are willing to pay for it. To attend classes for it. To give up time for it.

And Jesus wept. Now you know why.

You gotta have a sense of humor.

I have bet on the wrong horse a few times myself. Bought the act and then woke up. Maybe that’s all that waking up is. Seeing who doesn’t know the truth.

Mull that over for a while.

If a teacher is good-looking and charismatic and talks of joy, beware. They are separating you from your money.

I hope you hate me for saying this. It will keep you away from me.

Now I can sit in silence all alone and no one will bother me.

I won’t have to come down from the mountain with any new tablets anymore.

The original ones still hold up.
