I have torpedoed all of my false relationships. That is something that just occurred to me.
I was led to a teacher that taught me this is the only way it can be. Like Jesus, “many followed him no more.”
Truth mattered more than false relationships.
For decades I have dwelled in solitude and have been counseled to make friends with people. But I can’t. I just can’t. And it is totally mutual.
So Theo comes along and I have a real relationship with him and I only see him twice a year for an hour.
How can that be? Because it is not a relationship in duality but in unity.
I also feel that way about Leonard Cohen, whom I never met and is no longer alive. His body of work is one with him and I can benefit from it endlessly.
He taught love of self in its brokenness, as did Jesus, as does Theo.
It is an honor to torpedo the false because you immediately enter the true.
