Dear Friends,

I have been working on my new ebook, “BARE BEING.” I thought it would take much longer. I tend to work so fast it makes my head swim. My brother is the first one to read it and he is not through with it yet. So far it is two thumbs up from him.

I had a lovely thing happen this morning. I was drying off after my shower when I looked at the what-not shelf in my bathroom. I saw 3 new items had been placed on it. A ceramic box with a blue bird feeding two of her babies and two boxes in different floral designs.

I knew the two woman that cleaned my house yesterday must have put them there. I called Margarita and said, “I had the nicest surprise when I was getting out of the shower today. I saw 3 beautiful boxes on my shelf. Did you put them there?”

She laughed, “Yes, Miss Vicki, I forgot to tell you. We have broken some things of yours….”

Between the two of them, they have broken vases and knick knacks to the point that I cringe when I get something new. But how wonderful of them to think of me and plant such a gift for me to find.

I took a walk this afternoon and the sun, almost unknown these days, was actually shining.

So all in all, life is good. I am excited about putting the new ebook up on my site. I need to make a page for it.
