My Interview with John LeKay

John has added a title and uploaded it to his Facebook Page, nonduality magazine. If you are a fan of my work, please watch it and perhaps give me some feedback. I have done very few things in this department and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you did, too, let me know. Thanks, everyone.

  1. Especially over the last couple of years, my own work has had very much to do with observing thoughts, emotions, reactions…responses and beginning to see something about what churns all that out and the stillness behind it. I enjoyed this very much

    1. Yes, it is the Work some of us are called to do. It is very difficult to have enough energy to do any lengthy self-observation. Patience over the long haul is definitely required.

  2. I wrote this in my journal the other day:

“It feels like part of it is listening to that old voice, when it comes up, with compassion…with tenderness. Part of it seems to be to give up the battle with the old voice and the battle to prove myself. I don’t have to argue with the voice. I don’t have to get all wrapped up in it. I don’t have to be afraid of it or push it down or try to escape from it. Isn’t that interesting?

I am more free any time I stop fighting how I feel. I am more free anytime I stop fighting what is. I am more free anytime I can step back from believing my thoughts and stories as “truth “.
