Honesty is my forte; therefore, I have few friends. Sad but true. On the plus side, I have been drawn to genuine teachers that had something to give me. And I could receive it.

Honesty is what delivers the goods, believe it or not. Dissembling is a waste of everyone’s time.

I have derived countless days of pleasure from studying The Work. It links me to the Conscious Circle of Humanity.

Energy recognizes itself. Did you know that?

When I met Don Theo some years ago, my energy instantly joined with his. As a result, he was able to lift years of grief off of my life. He did it by being himself.

Vernon Howard said this, “A miracle is a state, not an act.” That is a deep teaching.

So I aspire to be myself ever more deeply. This means I don’t joke around on Facebook anymore. I often think of something smart to say but I don’t say it.

It is easy to be easy but it never pays off in spiritual coin.

Be yourself.
