Pain is a simple teacher. It presents the same lessons over and over until we get it. We are the cause of our own suffering. Yes. Breathe in and out. Return to your own knowing. Feel the pain consciously. It belongs to you.
Most of us prefer to resist and resent and thus we project our pain onto others. Time to reclaim ownership of it all. Lock, stock and barrel. Once this is done, breathe in and out again. Return to how it really is with you. Feel the relief consciously. It belongs to you.
I write these notes day in and day out as I feel the pain teaching me. I resist, of course. We all do. After all, we are human for a reason and a season. But maybe not for as long as we think.
Our humanity grows in the soil of divinity. It is a grass roots movement. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. God to man. Man to God.
Where is kindness in this mortal coil? It must begin within. It must begin inside our own scarred hearts, where true healing abides.
You have nothing to do but be as you are. The pain has no sway over you when you are existing as pure being.
Today I rise from the ashes yet again. Tonight I die into the arms of God. It is all bloody and bound and there is no freedom to be found outside of our very own arms. Inside them is grace and mercy. The arms of One Love.
Welcome Home.
