I spend mornings in the silence. After breakfast, I sit and breathe. At some point ideas take shape and I get up and write them down. This is today’s insight.
Anyone can experience Eden because it is an eternal place in the psyche. I am going to give you specific directions so listen carefully. Not with your mind but with your “ears to hear.”
When you surrender thought, Eden is what you get.
Surprisingly, it is instantaneous and awesome.
The snake has not arrived yet, either, so enjoy!
Look around. Eden is where you are at this very moment. Look at the Tree of Knowledge consciously. See it?
Wow. Knowledge is edible, who knew? Yes, the tree is laden with apples. But for now you are okay.
Dig it.
All is well in the Eden of Pure Experience. It has ever been thus. Sigh a little. Let your body relax as if it were the morning of the first day.
If you are lucky, you will be able to do this for about two minutes. Then wham! You find yourself outside the garden. Back in your head.
Eden is just a dim memory now. But it is utterly real.
Take His Word for it.

“Eden is where [I am] at this very moment”. Lovely.
It is not the noisy chaos of the thoughts tumbling in, turning somersaults, and demanding my attention; telling me all kinds of stories. That’s the circus. Eden is the Silence which provides the space for the circus..
You got it! But how to keep it….
