Good humanhood is a decoy. I was born sensing this. Even as a child I reacted to it with distrust and distaste. I watched grandmotherly types cooing over children and instead of feeling satisfied, saw right through them. And I am sure the children did.

Today our world is shot through with both good and bad humanhood. I still flinch, recoil and turn away. And I am talking about myself! For we are all guilty of putting on a pretty damned good act.

The Christ Consciousness would not be caught putting on a show. It will only be born in a manger, always in a manger. At night. With a guiding star.
